In a generous act of gratitude and support, Bishop N. A. Tackie-Yarboi, Founder and Presiding Bishop of the Victory Bible Church International (VBCI), has donated four brand new monitors and brackets to the neurosurgery unit of the Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital.

The donation fulfills a pledge Bishop Tackie-Yarboi made to the unit following his successful surgery there in 2023. It addresses a critical need, allowing the unit to monitor more patients post-surgery, potentially increasing the number of operations performed and saving more lives.

Fulfillment of a Pledge

Presenting the equipment, Bishop Tackie-Yarboi expressed his deep gratitude to the medical team at Korle-Bu. "This donation is to fulfill my pledge to you and the unit for your selfless dedication during my surgery last year," he said. "I am grateful once again for your attention to detail which ensured the success of the procedure. Thank you and God bless you for your expertise in saving lives."

Dr. Bankah, acting head of the neurosurgery department, received the equipment on behalf of the unit. Bishop Nii Apiakai Tackie-Yarboi is a distinguished clergyman, author, and Bible teacher with a ministry spanning nearly four decades. He is the Founder and Presiding Bishop of Victory Bible Church International and President of Victory Christian College, a ministerial training school. He has served on the National Executive Council of the Ghana Pentecostal and Charismatic Council (GPCC).

Under his leadership, VBCI has grown from its beginnings in Accra to reach millions globally, with numerous churches across Ghana, Asia, the Americas, and Europe. Known for his deep biblical insights, Bishop Tackie-Yarboi has authored many books, including "The Believer's Mind," "Dreams of the Night," "Overcoming Depression," and "Heaven on Earth."
