The Bono East Regional Health Directorate (RHD) is celebrating its one-year anniversary today, marking a significant milestone in its journey. Exactly a year ago, a team led by Regional Director Dr. Adomako Boateng came together for the first time to begin operations at the Directorate. Through the hard work and dedication of the team and all staff, the region has made impressive strides in improving healthcare delivery.

One of the key achievements during this year includes the successful renovation of an abandoned facility, which is now being converted into a state-of-the-art walk-in cold room. This facility will play a crucial role in storing vaccines, ensuring better access to essential immunizations for children across the region.
