DPS Group, known for producing quality pipes and household plastics and distributing pharmaceuticals in Ghana, has made a crucial donation to the Trauma and Orthopedics Department at Korle-Bu Teaching Hospital. This donation, which includes medical-grade power drills and saws, will significantly boost the department's ability to treat patients with bone fractures and other orthopedic issues.

Mark Fiattor, Health Service Administrator of the Trauma and Orthopedics Department, commenced the event with heartfelt thanks, highlighting the substantial impact of this support.

Without this equipment, many cases would need to be referred to other hospitals, putting numerous lives at risk.

He mentioned that just last week, they had to limit surgeries due to a lack of equipment.
